Precious moments & the Family Bed.

In our home, one place where 'precious moments' occur frequently is the family bed.

You know the scene.............. Daddy preparing for work or just left, Mum and baby sharing a quiet and cosy early morning feed.......but not for long as one by one each of the others rise from their own beds and join us for snuggling, tickling, prayer and songs, talking about whats planned for the day etc......

In this scene a few days ago we were in the midst of singing Alleluia, and 8 month old Raphael started singing "Alela", watching each of the children notice, encourage and praise him with their own excitement was truly a heartsong moment.

Daddy had his own heartsong moment this morning, as Raphael paused nursing to give daddy a hug and (his first) wave goodbye.
